Mr. Battaglia holds a BSN from LaRoche College, a Masters of Science in Training and Development from Carlow University and a Fellow, Entrepreneurial Business, Katz Graduate School of Business from the University of Pittsburgh. He is President and CEO of Pocket Nurse®, a nurse owned and operated company started in 1992. Pocket Nurse® sells medical supplies and equipment to Healthcare Educators throughout the United States & Canada. Twenty years experience as a nurse in a variety of healthcare settings, including Medical Intensive Care, Industrial and Occupational Nursing and Medical Surgical Nursing.
Mr. Battaglia is a community member of Sigma Theta Tau, National Nurses in Business, International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning (INASCL) and National Nurses in Business Association.

Timothy A. Taylor, CPA, CVA

Mr. Taylor holds a BBA in Accounting from Temple University one of the top business schools in the United States. As Chief Financial Officer, and a senior executive of Pocket Nurse Enterprise, Mr. Taylor has extensive experience in Accounting, Taxes, Insurance, and Finance. He has over 22 years of Public Accounting Experience, a former Principal in the firm of Markovitz Dugan & Associates, Director of Business Valuations, and Lead Analyst on over 150 valuation engagements. His experience extends to areas of payroll, retirement planning, estate planning, employee benefits, negotiations, and tax planning. A National Speaker, Course Reviewer, Board Member of various professional, civic, community and non-profit organizations, Mr. Taylor continues to seek out and share skills and knowledge.

Deborah Coltrane, MBA, MSN, RN

Mrs. Coltrane holds a BSN from Duquesne University, an MSN in Leadership and Management from La Roche College and an MBA from Waynesburg University. She is the Director of Marketing & Education for Pocket Nurse, a nurse owned-operated company that provides medical supplies and equipment to Healthcare Educators and Simulation Centers. She has twenty three years experience as an Educator in Baccalaureate and MBA programs. She also has over fourteen years of management experience as a Vice-President of Operations, Associate Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, and Manager, Case Management. She practices as as a Legal Nurse Consultant. Additionally, she teaches Nursing State Board Review Courses for Kaplan Inc. and reviews Leadership texts for Elsevier/Mosby and Thomson-Delmar.
Mrs. Coltrane is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and serves on the Corporate Board and also on the Simulation and Technology Committee. She is a member of the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning (INASCL), National Nurses in Business Association, National Association of Female Executives, the Executive Women's Council of Greater Pittsburgh, and is currently on the Board of Directors of Duquesne University Nursing Alumni Association.

Mark Drenchko

Mark Drenchko has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a degree in Business Economics. He is also a recent graduate of The American Bankers Associations; Business of Banking School. Mark is currently the Business Banking Market Manager Vice President for The Huntington National Bank. Mark previously held the position of Relationship Manager Vice President of Business Banking for Citizens Bank. Prior to joining Citizens Bank Mr. Drenchko spent 20 years in commercial lending and leasing.
He is a member of several local chambers of commerce, The American Bankers Association and a board member for several non-profit organizations in Western Pennsylvania.

Beth Valicenti

Mrs. Valicenti holds a BS in Zoology from Ohio University, an MS in Health Related Professions and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and is currently a student in the Ph.D. in Leadership and Change Program at Antioch University. She is professor of Accounting and Business at Community College of Beaver County where she has also served as a professor and program director of the Medical Laboratory Technology Program, Special Assistant to the President for Financial Services, Executive Assistant to the President and Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness.
Mrs. Valicenti coordinated the development of CCBC's Strategic Plan and established the college's ongoing planning process, and conceived, planned and implemented CCBC's Leadership Academy, a program funded by the Heinz Endowments and open to all interested CCBC employees. Over the years, she has presented locally and nationally on the topics of Strategic Thinking, Servant Leadership, Leadership Development, and Strategic Planning as well as facilitated strategic planning with a number of non-profit and corporate boards in the Pittsburgh region.

Brenda Swanson-Biearman DNP, MPH, RN

Dr. Swanson-Biearman holds a BSN from Carlow University, an MPH in Epidemiology from the University of Pittsburgh as an NIH training fellow, and a DNP from Waynesburg University. She is the Coordinator of Continuing Education and Blackboard Training in the Graduate and Professional Studies programs at Waynesburg University. She was an assistant professor and research coordinator in the Master of Physician Assistant Studies for seven years at Chatham University. She served on various committees and chaired the Chatham University Institutional Review Board. She has over sixteen years of clinical experience in pediatric endocrinology, critical care and toxicology and has authored several publications, textbooks, and is a grant reviewer for the American Society of Hospital Pharmacists Research and Education Foundation. She has been involved with simulation while at Chatham University and at Waynesburg University and studied use of simulation with physical therapy students. Additionally she teaches online healthcare statistics and consults with faculty in developing distance education courses.

Diane C. McClune BSN, MBA

Mrs. McClune holds a BSN from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Robert Morris University. Her management experience includes Assistant Head Nurse at Beaver Valley Geriatric Center, Assistant Director of Nursing at The Medical Center of Beaver, Manager Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Program at Heritage Valley Health System, and Manager of Marketing for Heritage Valley BusinessCare – Occupational Medicine. Most recently Mrs. McClune was Regional Director of Marketing for the American Heart Association for over six years. In this role, she served as an expert on heart disease, nutrition, and physical activity in the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, KDKA TV - Morning Show, and KDKA and Clear Channel Radio stations.
Mrs. McClune is a past-President of the Executive Women’s Council of Beaver County and is currently a member of the American Nurses Association and Pennsylvania State Nurses Association. She is very active in volunteer programs and serves on the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Institutional Review Board, Board of Directors for the Health Hope Network, and as Board Sub-chair for the Service Delivery Committee for the Girl Scouts of Western Pennsylvania. Mrs. Mcclune is also Secretary for the Beaver Valley Penn State Alumni Chapter.

Thomas White

Mr. White holds a MS in Health Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a BS in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
Mr. White’s accomplished career began at Sharon General Hospital progressing to Administrative Assistant to the President, he then continued as an Administrative Resident at the Albany Medical Center where he prepared for his various responsibilities with Jameson Memorial Hospital culminating with President and CEO of the hospital. During the CEO’s tenure, Jameson Hospital grew into an integrated health system that is both vertically and horizontally integrated. Mr. White was then promoted to President and CEO of the Jameson Health System, comprised of six health care companies that operate a broad health care continuum. The Health System has grown in financial size from a revenue base of $50 million to $180 million. Mr. White continues with Jameson Health System as President Emeritus.
Mr. White has numerous educational appointments and honors, including University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health Distinguished Alumni Award, American College of Health Care Executives Regent’s Award, and Phi Kappa Phi Award for Distinguished Alumni to name a few.
Mr. White is a frequent guest lecturer at numerous colleges, universities, and hospital systems in the United States and abroad. His Board activities are extensive, not only with Keystone Simulation Education Center, but with Highmark, The American College of Health Care Executives, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of State and The Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania.

Ed Krug

Ed Krug is currently a practicing attorney in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. From 2001 until 2005, Ed served as President and General Counsel of Service Link one of the top five independent vendor management companies in the United States. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Counsel for Stewart Title Guaranty Company, managing their Multi-State Agent Support Team (MAST).
Earlier in his career, Mr. Krug was President and Senior Attorney of Krug and Associates, a seven-member law firm specializing in representing financial institutions and commercial and real estate transaction law. He began his career as Alter, Wright & Barron, where he was Associate Counsel.
Mr. Krug received his undergraduate and law degrees from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a licensed title insurance agent in thirty states
Mr. Krug is a member of the American Land Title Association and the Pennsylvania Land Title Association. He also served as 2002 and 2003 as well as present President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Title/Appraisal Vendor Management Association (TAVMA) and currently serves as their Counsel.

Wes Hill

Wesley Hill currently serves as Director of Emergency Services for Beaver County. At present, he is also the President of the Keystone Emergency Management Agency (KEMA) and the Director of the Southwestern Pennsylvania Regional Task Force (Region 13).
During his 35 years in the Public Safety field, he has served in many roles. Throughout his career, he has held positions including Chief of the Beaver County Hazardous Materials Response Team, President of the Beaver County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC), President of the Beaver County Firefighters Association, Member of the Beaver County Chiefs of Police Association, Instructor, Hazmat Instructor, and Instructor Emeritus with the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy, and Founding Member of the Pennsylvania Hazardous Materials Technician Association. Additionally, throughout his years of service with Emergency Services, Wes has been involved in planning, training, and exercise development with the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Wes has also served as Team Leader and Exercise Manager for numerous programs throughout the nation as well as for multi-national exercises throughout his military career.
Wes retired from the military with approximately 27 years of service. He started his career as a Military Police Officer and switched to crash rescue in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard. He retired as Chief of the 171st CES/CEF Crash Rescue Squadron stationed at the Pittsburgh International Airport. During the war on terrorism, Wes supported such operations as Enduring Freedom, Southern Watch, Iraqi Freedom, and Noble Eagle.

Elizabeth Evans currently serves as Executive Director, Professional Practice and Programs for the Oncology Nursing Society. ONS provides knowledge initiatives through education, research, and publications. Ms. Evans has received various awards/recognitions including 2009 St. Francis Medical Center School of Nursing Distinguished Alumni, Mildred K. Fincke Nursing Award, Jeffrey S. Harris Leadership Award, President’s Leadership Award, and the first annual Amanda E. Wertz Memorial Emergency Medical Services for Children Award. She also completed requirements for Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) from the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
